What defects are you trying to correct? Are you working by hand, DA, or rotary? What are your expectations? Perfection, or just a simple tidy-up? Do you have a clear coat, or single stage paint finish?

Recommendations will vary depending on what you're looking to achieve.

"Acu-Bead abrasive system breaks down into finer and finer tiny particles that eventually become a super fine micro-polish." Sounds like Micro abrasive diminishing compound to me. Isn't Ultimate Compound same?

No, that is more of a Diminishing Abrasive Technology, like the #80, #83, etc generation of products.

No, Ultimate Compound uses SMAT abrasives whereas the product in question here uses a diminishing abrasive. But that's just a tiny part of the story. M205 and M105 both use SMAT abrasives but they are vastly different products. M80 and M85 both use diminishing abrasives, but they are vastly different from one another as well.

The product in question, from what their website indicates, is a diminishing abrasive product designed for use on a DA or Flex - they make no mention of rotary use with it. From that information alone it's darn near impossible to judge just how aggressive it is, but we're inclined to think that if it can finish down as nice as they say it does, it can't start out super aggressive. For instance, M80 & M83 can both finish down very fine, but they don't start out super aggressive. M84 & M85 do start out super aggressive, but they generally won't finish down LSP ready. You can only ask so much of a diminishing abrasive!

We're a bit confused here. You say it's too aggressive yet it seems you haven't actually used it yet. And you ask for comparison to M105, which is our most aggressive product. So, we'll echo the questions posed by Selectchoice -
