should i used #6 after UP & before UW?

I've just finished using UC and UP. Would be of any benefit to now go over the car with #6 (cleaner wax) before UW?

There would be no reason to, you've already done a 2 stage process, no need to put an AIO product on top of that.

M06 Professional Cleaner Wax would remove quite a bit of the polishing oils that Ultimate Polish left behind, somewhat negating the benefits of that product. You're better off just going straight to your wax after UP.

Darn - i should have waited for your response - i applied #6 last night after having some staining issues with UP on the hood. Maybe if i have time i will quickly go over the car with UP at a high speed for some glaze?

M06 Cleaner/ Wax leaves some protection so unfortunately the only choice on top of it would be a finishing wax.
If you're happy about the current look of your vehicle just leave it the way how it is and put another coat of your favorite finishing wax.

I think i might experiment and try some UP on one panel and them UW, UW just to see if i see a difference.
