    use 5 inch plate only ????

    i just got a g110 last week today i noticed on the counter weight it says use 5 inch plate only im using a 7 inch why dose it say only 5inch also will be getting a 4 inch

    Both D/A polishers: G110 and G110v2 support pad sizes 4" - 7".

    4" spot buffing pads go with S3BP backing plate,
    6.5" pads - W67DA,
    7" Soft Buff 2.0 pads go with W68DA backing plate.

      Don't worry about the counterweight. It makes no difference in our application.

        Yup, the different counter-weights are for sanding. Remember these started their life AS A sander.
