Hi all, I need a wheel polish that has to be belong to my vw's original wheel.I don't know it is un-coated or polished.Could you recommend any polish that will remove little scratches and also shines my wheel. Thank you.

That rim is most likely coated. Bare/Polished aluminum would turn black when applying polish. Factory rims rarely come un coated.

I do not go as far as polishing rims myself unless they are bare metal so I will let other's chime in. It looks pretty clean though with the cell phone pic.

Those are very typical factory silver painted wheels. You can clean them with our Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner (follow directions on the bottle, that's very important) or just soap and water. If you find that brake dust is becoming embedded in them and regular washing won't remove it, you can use a clay bar on them, then a paint cleaner like SwirlX or even Ultimate Compound, and then wax them. The finish on these wheels really isn't all that different from the paint on the rest of the car, so you can treat them basically the same way.

That also means you don't want to work super aggressively in a small area with an aggressive applicator and liquid. Use the same common sense approach you use when working on the rest of the painted panels of the car and you'll be fine. Those fine scratches should clean up (unless you can catch your fingernail in them - then the same rules apply as with the rest of the paint).

Sounds good - just make sure to fully wash and dry the wheels before doing any of the above.
