I just did a wash with uw&w then full clay but my mom needs the car now can it be drivin then waxed and it's raining today too I'm doing all the work in the garage I did the wash yesterday

The answer is obvious, similar to the answer of yesterdays question/answer. It would be advised to wash the paintwork before waxing. You don't want to be pressing dirt into the paintwork.
If your parents drive the vehicle in the rain, there will be mucho debris on the lower extremities of the vehicle, particularly behind both the front & rear wheels.
Once you see the car, I think your question will be answered by default.
Have fun in the garage. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes to re-wash it. Have fun in the garage today
