Want to use Color X on my Sister in laws car. A toyota 2007. Never been waxed before since she has had it. Please advise what pad to use and what speed. I have the Pc and the Flex. Thanks.

Re: Color X
I'm hoping Murr jumps into this discussion as he recommends ColorX often and has expertise with it's use.
I would suggest if you can afford two pads, a Meg yellow and black will meet your needs. For me, ColorX is very forgiving with both variations of speed and pressure. I'd use the yellow pad with a medium to high speed of 4-5 for correction and the black pad a little slower speed for putting on ColorX for it's wax properties.
It smells great and goes on and off easily. A great product, that produces a great shine.

Re: Color X
Good advice given thus far, but we'd like to suggest you also clay this car if you don't already plan on doing so. If it hasn't been waxed and it's 4 years old, it's most likely going to benefit noticeably from a clay treatment prior to the application of ColorX.Michael Stoops
