After using the wash mitt with ONR this winter and washing and drying the mitt it is not as plush as a new wash mitt, i had a new one in my left hand and my used one in my right hand and you could really feel the difference. i washed the mitt with water magnets could that have messed it up or maybe the detergent i used, ERA. Also i sprayed the mitt with shout because it was really dity and i didnt want it to stain.

wat detergent did u use?
i never throw washmitts in the washer
my mom got my wash mitt once n she washed it with my mf towels and now that washmitt is rough ish now no matter wat. i had to buy a new one.
i usually just rinse it off with water after washing the car then hang to dry.
or if the wash mitt gets dirty i wash it with dishwashing liquid by hand with warm water.
make sure u get all the detergent off of it before u hang it

Hmm, I just hand wash my mitts (though I have a sponge sewn into them, so really cant machine wash anyway), but I dont think mine have gone down terribly.
