Yes, the #84 may leave marks, and if it does, you had better make sure the #80 can remove them before doing the whole car.

One more thing before I'm off. Do I have to use circular motion in applying M84 and M80 or do the straight line motion? What do you think the best? Thanks..

You can just do whatever motion works best.

You will likely want to apply some passion behind your pad to apply the #80. But best start off gentle with the #84, and work up if needed,
