  • Bissell Little Green Machine Users, Help!!

I also use a Bissell Little Green Machine for my mobile detailing and thanks to reading different posts on here, I'm getting a little better and doing a good job on vehicles interiors. What I want to know from you experienced users who use the Little Green Machine for detailing, is step by step process when you use it. Do you spray the carpets down with some kinda carpet cleaner, brush it in, and then just spray hot water spray and extract it up or do you add some kind of detergent to the container? I want to know the best possible method of cleaning carpets and seats with this machine because theres no way I can afford a carpet extractor right now, just spent $300 on the G110v2 and all the pads I needed! Also i think its called "wickering" that happens after the carpet dries? Like i'll do one side of the front seat area and by time it dries, the stains pop right back up, sometimes bigger than they were before! I just need a good method that will work so I'm not wasting so much time on an interior when I'm mobile detailing!

Unfortunately the LGM does not have powerful suction. You'll need to do several passes to try and extract as much of the dirty water as possible. I always follow up with my wet-dry vac to ensure I get any left over water out.

      Same here.

I seen this on another forum that may interest you...cheap make shift extractor.

Oh heck yeah.... 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 unveiled I love how there are more carbon fiber accents. The C6 Z06 has some CF but you can't tell by looking at it. The exposed carbon on the splitter and such are great. Not a fan of that hood "window" though. Plus they are about 10...

What's up Chad! Oh yeah I saw this, I actually want to try it out. I don't see why it wouldn't work pretty good.

i use bissell on carpets and upholstery , it takes some time , but does the job , and it has suction power, you have to press a little bit harder the suction head. also you may use an slowly motion than when you vacuum , it works , it does the job.
depends of what stain it is , i have few point i follow.
i try first with only hot water and brush , if that doesn`t work i step to some cleaner apc+ 1:10 , spray the carpet , not heavy just few spray pumps, let if soak , brush action , extractor , hot water spray , brush , extractor again , like i said depends what i deal with , but that`s the process, i do put pressure on suction head and it extract a lot of stuff.
when i have just isolated stain , i may just tickle with some stain spray and brush so i don`t have to wet/extract the whole floor/mat or area.
when deal with stains ,sometimes you may have to work the whole area not just the stain. and brush action is a must.
if i will get another bissell? no , even if does the job , i think i can get faster results with a real extractor or more professional grade. but the bissell paid the money so no complains.
          seat before/after with little bissell.

            Not much Jessie!

I'm thinking of doing next spring too, though I want to find a pump with a little more psi if possible.

After using the lgm, I extract the initial bit with the lgm. Then I turn to the rigid shop vac. Works pretty well IMO.

Has anyone ever used Goop hand cleaner to clean carpets? Heard it worked good?

If you have heavy grease stains it may help abit. It will however leave a strong odor that your client may not be keen to
