Hi, guys, i have 11 month young (2010) non-metallic ebony black Mazda6.

As you can see on pictures, there are these tiny white spots all over my car; paint, plastic pillar posts, plastic roof trim, window gaskets. They differ in size from the size of saltgrain (look like milky-white overspray) to as small as dust particles (rather very tiny pores or something like paint overspray), but there is soooooo many of them especially on plastic roof trim and rubber gaskets.
There is stone cutting shop across the street where i live, so i guess some stone-dust mixed with whatever chemicals they use is coming out the shop because they keep the gate open all the time during summer. Then it sits on my car. Second thought - possibly dried wax that is stuck in some micro-pores on paint, just free-guessing, do not know if this is even possible cause
I tried Meguiars Clay Kit on paint , both mild and aggresive, the agressive one took care of about half of these dots, mostly small ones but after tons of passes, if i had to clay the whole car just to get rid of only 50% of these, it would take me 2 days of hard work. Bigger spots are so stubborn they come off after 50 passes or do not at all. So i suppose claying is rather bad technique to take care of that. Although, windows got cleaned no problem with clay.
My second idea was Simple Green with degreaser i found in shop and tried by chance.

This worked like magic, both on paint and gaskets, and dots came off in seconds. Now my concern is - if this is way to go - is it safe to use Simple Green Cleaner/Degreaser? And if not - will Meguiars Body Solvent give same results? Is Body Solvent safe to use on such new finish (11 months)? If so, what other products after Meg'sBS should i use to protect paint for future? Or maybe some different technique? I'd rather stay away from polishing because paint itself looks just beautiful.
Thanks for any help.
