Due to vandalism (being keyed) I had to have some paint work done. Prior to this work there were a couple light dents on the areas the were re cleared. Can PDR still be just as effective in these areas? The reason they were not fixed prior to paint work is because I only had the car several hours before it got vandalized and insurance wouldn't cover damage not caused by the incident.
