  • Advice on Accura

My brother-in-law wants me to polish up the exterior of his daily driver Accura. It's five years old and has likely never had anything done to it except washing it in the local carwash.

If anyone has worked on an Accura and has advice on the hardness/softness of the paint, etc., I would appreciate what ever information you may have.

Hey, first off, tell him to stop taking it to the local car wash, even if it's touchless. He should come on here and learn the proper technique such as using Microfibers, car soap, 2 buckets, grit guards, etc.

Honda/Acura from my experience has somewhat hard of paint, but not too hard to work with. I am not sure what you have access to, but I recommend

    Wash
    Clay
    Ultimate Compound
    SwirlX
    NXT 2.0 Wax
