Re: I need your tips!
I would explain to her that it's not realistically going to happen in that amount of time and tell her what you can do in that time period. Then let her decide what she wants to do. If she's looking for perfection have reschedule. You certainly don't want to promise her what you want you can't deliver.

Re: I need your tips!
4 hours? Ask her to have it washed before you start working on it. Even then, you're probably looking at a clay and maybe a wax if the paint is really rough. It might feel like yours to the touch, but it's not going to look like yours at the end of 4 hours

Re: I need your tips!
A quick wash, hit some spots with scratchx, wax. Dress tires, protect the interior, and maybe the engine bay.
That's feasible in 4 hours.

Re: I need your tips!
Any chance of doing the interior, engine bay, and wheels that morning and then get it back for the afternoon to wash, do paint correction, and exterior dressings?
Another option is for her to rent a car for the day so you have it straight through if she really needs it for lunch. Enterprise shows small car rates starting around $35 a day.

I don't know how you can pull that off in 4 hours unless you have help.

Maybe you should start a speed detailing competition or something?

Dunno
You tell us?
Her car will not be showroom perfect if thats what you're asking. Just do what you normally do, polish/buff it the best that you can, and when you're approaching 4 hours, finish it off with some cleaner wax or something, and then call it the day.
At the end of the session, look at the whole picture, not just some small imperfections, cause I guarentee, there will be some small imperfections.
