I take care of a friends daily-driver and yesterday touched up the hood with Ultimate Detailer and Ultimate Spray wax.
Today I saw that a 2 x 4 sq. foot area of the hood was plastered with dried bird droppings.
I had some no-rinse already mixed up and so I soaked a cheap, light weight beach towel and laid it on the hood. Some soaked paper towels took care of the remaining spots. Added a cup of solution to top off the towels so they were saturated but not dripping.
Towels soaked for about 15 minutes and then I rolled them up being careful not to rub the paint.
The usual no-rinse wash/dry and another coat of Ultimate Spray Wax (Which I suspect made it all possible) and I am one happy guy.
I used ONR, but think I recall diluted hyperdressing working just as well.
