sometimes while wiping down the tire the product streaks and gets removed from the part of the tire and when i go to re-apply product to the area it wont stay, no matter how much product or how many times i go over that area the streaks dont go away. i always clean tire with westleys tire cleaner and it has happened with different tire shine products like gold class endurance, armor all tire shine spray, and nxt gen aresol and it usually happens on the same spot of the tire, close to the rim.

Sounds like the tire is not completely clean. I am not aware of any tire protectorant that will adhere to a dirty surface.quality creates its own demand -

when i use the tire cleaner i make multiple passes with a hard bristle brush and multiple application of the tire cleanerComment
