    First time poster

    I have a couple questions:
    1. I've detailed and waxed my car w/ #26 using a 7424XP. From now, should I be using a wax spray after washing the car (like Ultimate Quik Wax) until the next time I do an official re-wax?

    2. What's the recommended way to maintain clear bra? 303?

    1. Yes, UQW is great to use after washing.

    2. You could UQW it as well, probably going to work better than a dressing.

Is it necessary to wax after every washing...especially if you're washing bi-weekly? It's not overkill?

No, I wax once a month, but if you are washing your car that often you should be ok, that is if your washing with a proper car wash soap. Some can strip the wax. Where about in Washington are you?

                Welcome to MOL

Don't know much about the clear bra's but I would tape off the edges and only do by hand.

Did find this little bit of info. Hope this helps some, others with first hand experience will post in and give their advice on some do's and don't's

''Instead of having to remove and reinstall a bra after every foul-weather encounter (which can trap dirt and moisture underneath), paint-protection film is semi-permanently installed, similarly to window tint. It has a lifespan of about seven years and requires no special maintenance. Should the need arise, or when the film wears out, it can be replaced. And you can wax it along with the rest of your car, minimizing bug and sap stains and easing stain removal. The only minor downsides are that it's much less reflective than paint and looks dull under certain light.''

i had ventureshield clear bra installed and it comes with a lifetime warranty (including yellowing, bubbling, etc). i think i heard you treat it just like clearcoat, but wasn't sure.

                    Re: First Post!

Using UQW after each wash wont be overkill, eps if it is bi-weekly.

As soon as you see how it looks, you'll probably be hooked anyway....
