  • How do you clean your Meguiars Gold Class brushes?

Two of my most useful car washing tools are my Meguiars wheel brush and body brush. After several washings, both are starting to look dingy. Usually I scrub them rigorously against one of my grit guards and they clean up relatively well, but I was wondering how other Gold Class brush owners maintain their brushes?

I have some pad cleaning detergent I got from autogeek and I usually clean my body brush with that. Once my other brushes get really dirty I spray some APC+ on them and scrub them with a terry cloth towel then rinse them out really good. Seems to work ok for me. You could probably do the same thing to the body brush.

i was going to say the same as sudsbyhubbs...APC or APC+ at 4:1 because brake dust is some nasty stuff..spray some on liberally, set it loak in and then blast it away with a hose..works wonderful

Do you use them in the package? They look brand new!

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Spray APC, allow to soak, aggitate with fingers and rinse in utility sink.
