when the sun hits my window there are these little dots all over the window, i washed and clayed the windows but they are still there.

Those are water spots and you can remove them... I know its with a Wool pad but not sure wich product.

I have had RainX remove spots as well.
not fuzz from a cloth cause i wipe it with my hand to and still nothing, i will try so UC since i have it and see what happens, but if the glass is as harder or harder then my paint my hand is gonna be killing me

You're windshield is suffering from what I like to call "sand sparkle". It is pitting and it won't go away. Sorry.
