whats on my window and how to remove it??

when the sun hits my window there are these little dots all over the window, i washed and clayed the windows but they are still there.

Is it pitting, stone chips? Can you feel bumps? Is it on the outside?

the glass is smooth, no pitting and i dont know if they are on the inside or outside, i would assume outside, if they are hard water spots any way to remove them from glass?

Those are water spots and you can remove them... I know its with a Wool pad but not sure wich product.

its funny they look like specs of dust thats how small they are and thanks for the link, i dont feel comfortable going at my window with steel wool, i am afraid i might scratch the window

Not fuzz from a cloth or something is it?

You can bust out some #4, or #105/UC with terry to try.

I have had RainX remove spots as well.

not fuzz from a cloth cause i wipe it with my hand to and still nothing, i will try so UC since i have it and see what happens, but if the glass is as harder or harder then my paint my hand is gonna be killing me

Well, you are trying to remove the gunk, not the glass.

If the defect is in the glass, like a chip, you are stuck.

I, personally have had great success using #4. Lately , I have been using #105 with equally impressive results.

You're windshield is suffering from what I like to call "sand sparkle". It is pitting and it won't go away. Sorry.

Yes, from the description given this sounds like the most likely scenario. You can't feel this type of pitting as the individual pits are incredibly small. Essentially the windshield has been sandblasted over time.
