Hello all I just found this wonderful website about detailing and I have learned a lot. I have a quick question about this Black and Decker product though.

Its going to be a typical low powered buffer. Ok for spreading waxes, or mild cleaners even. Not going to work as well on severe problems.

Thats kind of the thing... anything ~$35 will be low powered. Anything ~$135 or so and up will be able to do some work.

But it depends what you need, and what you are trying to do.

Hello and welcome to mol.

Generally you will want to stay away from those low powered machines. Generally they are efficient in applying waxes only. Not much if any help in paint correction. Get yourself a good dual action and you will very happy with the results you get.

They are generally fool proof.
