Note that just because the acquisition is strategic, does not mean that the services and products of the target company would be comprimised. In most cases, if the asset is purchased for financial reasons, products and services would usually improve.
    As long as things don't start to change (for the worse) then it's all good.

        3M doesn't seem to be meddling around with Meguiars. They have been making some changes to the company that owned Edge Pads (can't recall what it was called).
