My mother has a 2005 BMW with light gray leather interior. Somehow either Coke or coffee not sure which has gotten spilled on it and dripped down the sides of the console and seat. It's been on there for about a month now so it's pretty well set in I have tried:
Dawn dish soap
Meguiars APC
Meguiars leather cleaner
Simple Green
Griot's (sorry Meguiars but had to try) surface cleaner
Orangle Glo degreaser and all purpose cleaner
all to no avail. It lightened the drips a tiny bit but not much Technique was both with MF cloth and also with soft brush.
She was also advised by a friend to try rubbing alcohol which started to pull the color in one small test spot before I stopped her. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try that won't damage the seats but might actually get the stain out? Search didn't help much (mainly recommended APC which didn't work this time) so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
