I used Hot Wheels All Wheel Cleaner and it works great. But be warned that it damaged the sealer on my concrete driveway. Rinse the product well off the driveway after use.
As I clean each wheel, I'll water down around the tire first, so it will not stain the driveway and then immediately hose it down when the tire is done.
