Help on meguiar products on fresh paint job.

Hi all need help on what to get for my car as I have just painted it. the car is a xd falcon the paint is BC coatings and is a 2 pac paint. i have sprayed the clear coat over the car. I have rubbed down car before clear coat to get all the orange peel out with 1500 grit.

I have a few runs which i will sand out.

What do i need to do, as i need to rub down clear coat with 2000 grit sand paper then polish?

What products would i need to polish the car?

I prefer to hand polish than polish with an electic buffer.

Any help would be grate, as fathers day is coming up the meguiars products would be a great gift from my wife.

Have you started sanding?

Sanding is not something that people find difficult to do, it is removing the sanding marks that people struggle to do. It's not recommended to remove sanding marks by hand nor by a DA polisher, it's better to use a rotary buffer but this requires experience, dedication and knowledge.

I'm not saying that people have not done this by hand or DA, people have had great success removing sanding marks with a DA and by hand but it's not something that 100% of them have success.

As for products, you'll need some compound and I can't find a better product than M105 Ultra-Cut Compound for the job. And I would consider M205 Ultra Finishing Polish to follow.
