how to remove the cloth dye on white car exterior?

My new car(in china) just had a rust protection from the dealer and after it is done, they used a pink cloth and sth like thinner to remove the residual. The pink color dye was then transfer to my white car. I used bug n tar remover to remove most of the color from the upper panel but not from the lower panel (without clear coat?)

What should I do now?

Any chance of pics? Are you saying the upper part is clear coated, but the lower part is single stage?

Do you have access to Meguiars products, or other companies?

You likely are going to want to look into a paint cleaner as your next step. Meguiars SwirlX, ScratchX, Deep Crystal Cleaner, would all be options.

But let us know what you have available.

I can get Meguiar's or most of the detailing product from HK, what should i get to remove the color stain safely?

I agree with Murr. Were you saying that part of your car (the top part) is clear coat and the bottom part is single stage?

I am not so sure (sorry, not an expert) either it is clear coat or single stage.(It's a honda s2000)

The pink stain on the door was removed mostly by Meg's bug & tar remover.
The stain on the front & rear bumper and the lower part (below the door seam) cannot be removed.

WD40 would not hurt anything if you did try it for fun. Just be sure to remove it completely.

If some of the stain were removed by Meguiar's bug and tar remover then I would consider claying the entire vehicle.

Try WD-40 I had some bad stains and tar, and gum on my car, and It removed it. Just be sure to rewash and remove it completely and rewax

Thats always a tough decision.

If they screwed up once, and it can be removed easily yourself, is it worth risking them screwing up more?
