    Re: Ohhhh noooooooooo!!!!!

M_Cook, I almost did have to call the ambulance.....on me after seeing what I just did! I tell ya, an ambulance running over a full bottle leaves a BIG mess. 105 was all over the place! I don't even know how it got into some of the places I found it.
Yeah I'm glad too that it wasn't my DA.....I wonder if that would be replaceable under the warranty?

Thanks Calais, Fortunately my wife doesn't wash the cars. Well at least I havn't seen her do so in 10 years. Even if she did, she knows better not to touch the car with brillo and agax.....but then again......

Well, if it is any consolation. The Ambulance looks great.

My wife ran over a bottle of Meguiar's car wash, vintage??? Red stuff sold at Costco. Saved me a trip to HazMat disposal.
Wish my garage was as neat as yours.

          Soft Wash Gel maybe?

CA requires special disposal for car wash soap?

Ohh I did laugh Cummins, but due to the fact that it's a rare item around here and it's up there on my "what I can afford" price range, I'm still peeved at what I did....and until I acquire a another bottle, I'm gonna be fit to be tied when I think about it!

                Re: Ohhhh noooooooooo!!!!!

You can try to use UC as an alternative until you get the M150.

Edit: I know its not an equivalent alternative but you can use it to get ride of some serious defects with it until you replace your M105.

                  Re: Ohhhh noooooooooo!!!!!

I already restocked my stash with UC, good stuff and an excellent substitute.....Did my wifes and her mothers cars with UC by hand prior to getting the G110 & 105. Also gave both my rigs a once over with UC to thin out the swirls. I'll tell ya, the G110 does wonders over working it by hand!
I went to Pep Boys after work that night and bought another bottle of UC and I also got my hands on some M26, I haven't tried it yet but it looks promising from what I've read here.

I'm thinking awww ****, I just ran over my UC. I get out and look over towards the back of the bay and I see it.....and my eyes begin to water....My brand spanking new only used twice 32oz bottle of M105.....all over the ground, wall, garbage can, jump suits, and the side of my rig!!

Right now I'm fit to be tied! Why couldn't have been my nearly empty bottle of UC.....Why??

On a good note I was able to save about 4oz of it in a mini water bottle.
I have pics of it, I'll post them later.
Sorry to hear that, but it happens. I have sqeezed brand new 32 oz Pro bottles too hard and have broken them, leaving product all over my garage and usually...ME! UGH! It is not pleasant, but like I said, it happens once in a while to all of us....

                      Re: Ohhhh noooooooooo!!!!!

I finally made a dumb mistake.
I was polishing my brothers chrome 20's on his porch (3'x3' working area). When I stood up to get a microf I tipped and stepped on the open bottle.
Small mess and probably lost enough to do a another set but I had to laugh it off.

Now that you mention it, I had the same thing happen to me. My disaster was with a bottle of #7 that cracked into, and I remember running over a ketchup bottle filled with #80 too.

Doah! Sorry to hear that. I tend to leave spray bottles and other things around the cars that I work on. Before I even move the car now I do a once over around the car to make sure I don't damage anything I may have forgotten to move out of the way or damage the car itself. I ran over my Last Touch spray bottle once and from then on I started checking.

                            Re: Ohhhh noooooooooo!!!!!

I managed somehow to back over a 5 gallon bucket in a Prius. Cracked the bucket to pieces and scratched the bumper a little bit.

Luckily it was one of my neighbors and he was like "O well, my wife will back into something and make it worse." Sure enough, two days later they got in a very small fender bender and got a new bumper under insurance.

I've ran over key's before and cell phones; hate it when they slide out of your pocket when getting in then you don't notice.

                            Sorry about the M105.
