It's been a few days and I checked out my work on the horizontals. No sign of swirl marks on this white Civic. Might be the white paint but I was very careful.

The horizontals feel like glass except for the tiny bonded bird drops I mentioned yesterday. I am going to mist them with QD + wet p-towel. Then I will wipe down the horizontals with QD so I know I have a compatible base for M7 and NXT. ONR won't hurt, but QD might help bonding the LSP.

Next time I wash like this, I may mist on ONR and check the surface with my bare hands. Then decide if a regular Gold Class wash is the appropriate least aggressive approach.

The above was my newbie suggestion to me. Anybody?

Between regular washings can I just spray the wheels with ONR and wipe down whatever can be easily reached. Then spray a QW on a rag and wipe only the clean areas? So they don't get as dirty between regular washes?

Sure you can. Just spray the rims with properly diluted ONR and then wipe off with an old microfiber towel. Or you can use Megs' Quick Wheel Detailer.
