I am trying to overcome the new water restrictions at my SoCal condo. Need some advice for the initial wash as my car hasn't been washed for a while and the original paint is sitting on an 88 Honda.
Planning on doing this when the car is too dirty to start with ONR.
Game plan:
1. Foam with Gold Class with Gilmour foam gun and let sit until foam stops running off. ( test by running bare hand over horizontal surfaces). Repeat if needed. (Surfaces should remain wet.)
2. After foam has stopped running off, Megs m/f wash mitt soaked in ONR to remove foam residue and hydrated grunge. 2 bucket?
3. If needed, ONR in a spray bottle and Megs clay. Re- wash with ONR. Dry according to ONR instructions.
Too new to offer suggestions, but, willing share mistakes.
Appreciate this forum as it has provided a great podium for some really great teachers. And continues to do so.... IMO
