I've seen many threads in Show Off Your Work section of the forum, and Meguiar's leather cleaners all seem to produce amazing results for them. I decided to give Meguiars Gold Class Leather Cleaner another chance. The first time, I was trying to clean my newly bought Cadillac, and I didn't see much difference, so I thought it's probably because the seats are clean enough in the beginning. Today, I tried it on my 01 Accord. There are some grease and dirt on the leather seats, and I used about a fifth of the bottle and scrubbed for half an hour, and I don't see any dramatic difference. The dirty in the cracks is still in there. The dirt embedded in tiny indents in the leather seats are in there as well. What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to clay the seats or something?

I don't really know what to tell ya.
What are you applying it with?
Have you tried the Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner with Aloe (blue and white bottle respectively)?
I've never worked on leather interiors yet and I'm thinking you shouldn't be having this much trouble.
Ohh yeah thanks for the "Am I supposed to clay the seats or something?" bit, I almost had Pepsi come out of my nostrils faster then a pressure washer after reading that!!
P.S.

Are you working with the Step 1 of the 2 step system or the Cleaner/Conditoner that comes in the spray/cream/wipe form?Nick

I'm using toothbrush and microfiber towels to clean the seats.

I'm not gonna try the two-step cleaner. Entirely because the shipping and handling fee is ridiculous, and no Autozone with 20 miles of my house carries them.
Here are more pictures how show how dirty the seats are:

Agp, the photographs are out of focus and are not capturing the details of the leather seats. I suggest that you try the finger-pointing technique described by Mike here: How-To capture swirls, scratches, etchings and other surface defects with your camera.Swirls hide in the black molecular depths, only waiting for the right time to emerge and destroy your sanity.

agp,20 miles is nothing. You should go and stock up on the Meg's stuff that you need.I have to travel for about 30 miles or so to get mine......What can you do? It's either that or order on the Internet.

APC diluted at 10:1 works great for cleaning leather and should give your that dramatic before and after change in appearance.
Do you now where a PBE store is in your hometown? They might have it in stock or at least they can order some in for you. If you go this route then be sure to get the matching OSHA approved secondary bottle as it has the dilution levels marked on the bottle.
