    Rather amusing. (not your problem, but my tube of scratch X) My tube of Scratch x says "Let dry, then wipe off". Fortunately I have never had to to do anything more than a small clear coat scuff, and it IS dam hard to get off. Doing a whole car must have been pure hell.

      That was a mistake in our label copy and a few years ago the label was changed to correct the directions so it no longer says to let the product dry.
