I am looking to buy a whole setup of Meguiar's cleaning products, I would like to know if there would be any issue jumping between the lines of products. For instance, I have some Gold Class wash/shampoo and I want to get the Deep Crystal paint cleaner, Deep Crystal polish, and the NXT Tech 2.0 liquid wax. I tried doing some searching but came up with nothing. I wouldn't think there'd be any issues with cross over of products lines, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance.

Re: Which products
No issues at all. All Meg's products work with one another.
I think you have a pretty good grasp of what you need but can I suggest a few additions.
1. Wash (You have GC which is great).
2. Clay (get the clay kit and it'll come with some QD - to do your car properly you really should clay it, unless it is already silky smooth).
3. DC Paint Cleaner
4. DC Polish (totally optional step that you can skip if you want).
5. NXT 2.0 x 2 coats
6. UQD for maintaining that shine.----------------------------------

I have a clay bar already but it's older and I used it on part of my truck already and part of my mom's Jeep, so I'll probably just wind up getting a new clay bar kit and probably a 32 oz bottle of the Quick Detailer for cleaning up the gifts that the birds love to leave me. Thanks for the quick reply.
EDIT: Oh ok, the Ultmate Quick Detailer for cleaning up those gifts.

Re: Which products
Like 3Fitty said, all Meguiars products work well together.
If you are working by hand and feel you will not be able to do all these steps then you could use what is known as an AIO, it cleans, polishes and protects.
So here is another optional process:
Gold Class Wash
Smooth Surface Clay Kit
Cleaner Wax or ColorX- (this is like DC1,DC2,DC3 combined)
NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0.
Or, if you want to do seperate steps it would go like this
Wash
Clay
DC1
DC2
NXT 2.0 - 2 coats
Another great maintenence tool is Ultimate Quik Wax, you could use this after each wash.
hope this helps.Nick

Re: Which products
I forgot to ask, what should the polish, paint cleaner, and wax be applied with? The foam pad or the microfiber applicator pad? I know you need a seperate pad for each. I'm thinking the foam pad for the paint cleaner and possibly the polish, and a microfiber pad for the wax. Thanks again.
