Maintenance Routine: M105 / M205 Question

As always thanks for so much great info and advice from obviously very educated and passionate Car Crazy professionals. So my questions is:

From the sounds and opinions of a lot of you M105 followed by M205 sounds like a great combo on most paint situations followed by some coats of NXT. So how often can this be done ?

Is this a "once a year" routine that is followed by the standard Wash & Wax routine done weekly or is this the standard prep and finish for every other month protection and ultimate gloss appeal?

Any help to maintain the shine and protect the finish on my Vette is greatly appreciated!

How often you do this is only determinted by how long you can let your paint go before you just can't take it anymore

I wouldn't go too crazy with a once a month routine. But M205 every 6 months to a year sounds pretty safe to me. It's a pretty mild polish, but it still cuts.

Very cool, so one more easy question hopefully:

Do you have to do anything prior to the 205 (besides wash) to remove the NXT or will it take care of itself?
