I washed and UQW my truck today and when the sun hit it just right I could see VERY fine swirl's In the paint. My ? will swirl X take these out and will it take the wax off?? Thank's! I've already waxed it this spring with NXT 2.0.

SwirlX will most likely remove any existing wax on the surface. SwirlX does have good swirl removing capabilities both by hand and machine.
Since you just washed your truck, wipe the panel you will be working down with a mist and wipe product such as Quik Detailer and then do a test spot with SwirlX and pull it out into the sun and inspect your results.
Then you have to re wax the area you worked on since SwirlX will probably remove any wax that is currently on the surface.

Yep, Tuck is right, you are cleaning the paint and removing the wax as you are removing tiny amount of paint when you polish, thus removing the wax.Philippians 2:14 - Do all things without grumbling or questioning,Comment

Exactly what tuck said. Always do a test spot!
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
