I am really new to this line, but it seems to be highly respected in the industry and among car clubs. I have a 1968 and a 1995 Corvette with swirl marks, a few scratches, etc. I am having two problems reading the forum comments. First, just what is light, medium and heavy with regard to the swirls and/or scratches.
Second, I have read over 50 different product names/labels/numbers, (M-80, M-83, 101, 102, M49, etc, etc, etc), but these designators mean nothing to me. They all must be in some hyarchy order of some kind, by use and agressiveness, but I cannot correlate between them. Is there any list anywhere showing in pecking order what products are available for use, what they are used for and their relationship to each other? I'm sure there are specific reasons why Meguire's makes so many, as it would be a waste to market 15 products under different names that all do the same thing.
