I just bought the NXT Tech Wax 2.0 (the box one) and the bottle inside doesnt say 2.0 and looks like the old bottle (1.0), is it suppose to be like that ?

Re: NXT Tech Wax 2.0
Could you possibly upload a picture for us to see? I know this has been a problem before, and I believe Customer Service will gladly replace your bottle for a new bottle of NXT 2.0.1998 Supermarine Blue Pearl Honda CR-V

I bought NXT at Wal Mart once and it turn out the bottle did not say 2.0 but the box did.
I will try to get a pic later today.
I was wondering why I see pics of the 2.0 bottle online and they say 2.0 on it but mines dont. Weird.

....
In digging deeper into this, we discovered there was a label mistake made during Mfg. on Tech Wax part # G12718C, which is distributed in Canada only.
The original Tech Wax labels were used by mistake on 2.0 bottles....However, we can assure you that any Tech Wax in a 2.0 box, definitely contains 2.0 liquid regardless of the label on the bottle. Corrective action has been taken, and we do apologize for the confusion.
We want you to know that using incorrect labels to "run inventory down" is not practiced here at Meguiar's. A was a simple mistake that was made.
We hope you understand.

Usually this is caused by one of two things:
1. Applying too much product. You need to apply the product ultra thin. Applying it too thick can lead to problem number 2
2. Not allowing the product to set-up before removal. You need to allow at least 15 minutes before attempting to wipe off. However, this time can be affected by several things including temperature and humidity. So what is suggested is using the Swipe Test. After waiting ~15 min, take a clean finger and quicky "swipe" a spot of the residue. If the paint comes out clear with no smearing where you swiped, then it is ready to remove. If not, you need to give it more time.
Remove the product with a good quality microfiber towel.
I hope this helps!

Re: NXT Tech Wax 2.0
You can use NXT Wax on Paint, Headlights, and some Wheels.
Apply NXT Wax with the Applicator it came with.
Allow to haze, swipe a finger across the waxed area, if all of the wax is removed from the swipe, than it has cured long enough to remove with a Microfiber Towel.
You do not need a large amount of wax at all.
You want to apply 2 thin coats!
The Film, is from not removing it all the way. Use less product, so there will be less film to removeMatt

I just said that in the post before, if you had taken the time to read it. You seem to continually re-post the same answers that were previously given in many threads. You are very new to detailing and should perhaps take the time to learn from practical experience rather than simply re-stating information that has already been given.
