Does UQW offer the same protection as NXT 2.0??

    Re: Uqw?

    No

Ultimate Quik Wax is meant to be used over a base coat of wax and therefore is like a booster wax. It would be interesting to see how long it lasts on its own though

Thank's Tuck91!! I did my first clay today on my Jeep then waxed with NXT 2.0. I'll use UQD over that!!

        Re: Uqw?

Are you talking about UQD or UQW?
But as Nick said no, but I believe they are all Hydrophobic Polymers.
NXT is longer lasting and better.
UQW is just as a "Booster" wax.

Use UQD for dusting, and UQW for a wax booster.

yeah, he has the base coat down and now he can just use UQW for maintenence. I said no because i thought he wanted to just use UQW and not NXT

              sorry for the confusion

glad you got to detail your jeep

                  Re: Uqw?

Wont offer same protection just using it as your lsp, but it is intended as a refresher or "booster" like others have said. Use it after your wash/dry regimine to add the just waxed look and feel to it. It does do well in that aspect, used on top of your lsp for boosted protection.

UQW should last a month, give or take.
