Ultimate Quik Wax is meant to be used over a base coat of wax and therefore is like a booster wax. It would be interesting to see how long it lasts on its own thoughNick

Are you talking about UQD or UQW?
But as Nick said no, but I believe they are all Hydrophobic Polymers.
NXT is longer lasting and better.
UQW is just as a "Booster" wax.Joel

yeah, he has the base coat down and now he can just use UQW for maintenence. I said no because i thought he wanted to just use UQW and not NXT

Wont offer same protection just using it as your lsp, but it is intended as a refresher or "booster" like others have said. Use it after your wash/dry regimine to add the just waxed look and feel to it. It does do well in that aspect, used on top of your lsp for boosted protection.
