Don't forget to mask off the trim. It'll be tough to remove M04 if it dries.

I have always clayed the glass first before I move on to the #4. Also if you are using #4 With a microfiber and you are not removing the spots. You can use #4 with a terry cloth towel. This will have more cleaning power. The terry cloth would be a more aggressive applicator.

Work the product until it begins to dry and become difficult to use. There is no set answer since different conditions will lend to different work times.

To answer your second question, yes, simply remove it with a microfiber towel. If it is so dry it is difficult to remove, then A.) Work the product less next time, and B.) Re-apply M04 to remove the dried product.

Question on using M04 on glass/windows…

Pardon what might seem like a simple answerable question, but to what extent do I know when to stop applying the product to the glass? I will be applying it by hand also. I mean do you stop when the water spots are roughly all gone or is there a “dry-buff” period to avoid? I have come upon a couple of my friends cars that have spots that can not be removed by a simple wash or by using Windex or Stoner’s Invisible Glass Cleaner. I have asked around and was told to check the thread posted a while back Here. It says about using M04 Heavy Cut Cleaner, but no where could I find where it says about when to basically stop wiping the product. I just thought I would ask before I attempt to do this and knowing my luck screw something up that would come back to bite me in the rump later down the road. Also, I assume that to remove the product, just use a clean microfiber? Am I thinking right or is the midnight hour getting to me lol? Thanks for your help ahead of time… Ryan
