Mike, do you know the aprox grit of these products ? a rough idea is fine using the sandpaper type scale ? 2000 grit or ?
It doesn't work that way and we would never equate our chemicals with grit.
Makes me wince just to type out the word. Instead of trying to compartmentalize products by equating them to grit, tell us what you're working on, or what you're going to be working on and then let us help you choose the right product for the job and trust in the name on the bottle to be of the right aggressive level for what you want to do.
Most people only need a few products to do whatever it is they do when it comes to their hobby or their job, for example, with the introduction of M205 and reformulating M105 so that it can be used with a DA Polisher, most detailers can have on hand a few product and be able to tackle anything that comes their way.
M105
M205
Either M66 or D151
M21
M80 for neglected single stage paints
Seriously, I can't think of a job that the above could not address. Throw in a few other items like a car wash, interior and exterior dressings and a glass cleaner and your set.
