Am I correct by saying DA stand for Dual Action as in the Dual Action Polisher?

So the full detail is everything you would normal do plus polish and wax?

There is so much stuff to do and to know lol.

Yes you are correct DA means Dual Action polisher. Yes I do everthing. Sometime you do not need to polish. 83 is a cleaner/ polish so it polishes a little while the paint is being cleaned. But by doing another step for #7 ads a more deep gloss look. Yes I know it is a lot of stuff, sometimes I get all this info jumbled up in my head when i am explaining LOL. Yes the full detail is everything wash, prep, polish, wax, interior, exterior.

What is the full detail adding compared to the normal wash or what not lol?

The full detail gets leather conditioner and I would use the LGM for stain removal and the interior gets wiped down then dressed with the natural shine. clay the exterior too. The full detail will also have the engine bay detailed. That is the what is added in the full detail. The reason why i would charge more is that using the leather conditioner and LGM will take more time to make it look its best same with the motor bay.

What is LGM and what do you use to clean the engine?

Alos, do you keep your customer's keys or do they keep them in fear of you driving away lol

The LGM is the little green machine just an a abbriviation sorry for the confusion. The engine aby I take a old beach towl I am afraid of spraying water on a motor but anyways i take a beach towl get it soaked with water and wipe it down or you can use APC on the engine bay and then wipe it off. I did a test with Gold class Exterior trim detailer and dressed my motor with it and have had no problems. My customers leave the keys in the cars or they put them on a work bench.I prefer a them to put them on the work bench because by leaving them in the car it may lock because when I am buffing the paint it makes vibrations and I am worried the car will lock.

Before I use natural shine for dressing, I use quick interior detailer wipes to clean the sureface and it is safe on all surefaces in the interior and it leaves a matt finish. I use the Natural shine protectant for a dressing, good on vynil gives deep clean look.

Yes natural shine is a meguiars product. I would show you all the links but I am computerly challenged. I keep them on my self in my garage. i can get you pics of mine I have to take some but I wish i knew how to use links. I can post them up tommorow morning.

Thats one of my questions... i have tool case that barely carry half my products and brushes, how do you store and travel with them...

and any suggetions for water tight people... people who are unable to wash their car from home...????

I have a box that is for detailing I can fit most to all what I need to do a detail.I am trying to get my business to grow so I can geta small Ranger and make it a detailing truck. I put my products in that and stick MF towls in plastic boxes. I can barely fit all of this in the trunk of my mustang. Let see if it works http://www.meguiars.com/estore/product_list.cfm

What do you use your g100 with? Do you use it for polish,wax, etc or what?

Yeap just see if it would do it. the first time it did not work then I clicked a couple different things and it did it. I use my G100 for paint cleaners and polishes, you can use the G100 for applying wax and buffing wax off but I do it by hand. To buff wax off with a g100 you would need a microfiber bonnet over a w7006 pad I think. I do it by hand I feel safer doing it by hand.
