With the release of the new pads I was wondering if there was a new combo that could be used for the DA? I have been using the 83+8006 combo up until now, and anything past that I went to the rotary.

ive used the cutting pad and something similar to #105 by 3m its not recommended but some paints are solid such as vw/audi etc, a rotary will produce much better result with the same pads/products in comparison to the DA but they are much more dangerous for damaging the paint. -

I have successfully used M105 with a DA and an old W8006 pad on several paints with no problems what so ever. It is not recommended by Meguiar's to do this, but it is possible.Originally posted by SMRcalidiv View Post
