Thats the thing. It is against what John Doe has been taught for his whole life, and often pardadim shifts of this nature greatly limit the appeal of the product. Most people who own cars don't even buy car soap at a parts store, they either run their car through a wash on occasion or use dish soap.

The miseduction and misinformation in the consumer market is mind blowing. A ONR type product can (and over time will) make inroads into the consumer base, but I would imagine at this time the RD money is better spent improving existing (and commerically viable) products.

Could Meguiars develope the best rinseless wash? Of course, they have huge budget. And when the time comes (if the time comes) when this type of product would be viable I am sure Meguiars will do so.

Maybe they should offer it in the professional line.

I used ONR for the first time and it was a great product. Took less time then traditional wash, even used it to clean wheels and wells. Great for us that have water restrictions.
