hello guys iwas just wondering what proccess you guys use for cleaning the back part of a chrome rim, i washed it down and its still brown behind there...any suggestions?

Hi davidadavila, try it with chrome cleaner. Glass cleaner can also cleans chrome. -

Like mentioned above, you a chrome wheel cleaner and a brush to get as much crud off as you can. You may want to do this multiple times to ensure you got off as much as possible. From there, you can clay it to get any bonded contaminants off of the chrome. Follow that up with multiple coats of chrome polish (may need to start with something like Hot Rims Mag and Aluminum Polish first since it is stronger) until it shines!

If you have the tools and will power to, you can take the wheels off to get them really clean and get in all those nooks and crannys behind the wheel. This is also a good time to clean the wheel wells very thoroughly.
If you cant do that, the above methods will work.

and also buy a meguiars wheel spoke brush. it can help you to clean the inside wheels.Comment

I would after your initial cleaning use the clay. That should take care of any residual dirt left behind. Just remember that once you use the clay on your wheels thats all you can use it for. Or it may be so nasty just throw it out.quality creates its own demandComment
