  • Practice Hood

I found a practice hood in an unused paintball course and took it home. It's red with hardly any scratches, but lots of swirls and some paint chips. There's a ridiculous amount of stuff caked on. I wish I had a pressure washer for this.

It still looks very nice under the caked on stuff.

But right now the stuff is so caked on it's unbelievable. I took a SOS pad to it (yes I know, I'll buff the scratches from that out later) and it's still pretty hard to get off.

What would you guys recommend to get it off fast?

I want to make this thing SHINE.

Why not take it to a DIY car wash and pressure wash it there? Sure you will look like a buffoon but it will get the job done. If that doesnt work get ready for some elbow grease and lots of goo be gone.

I had a heck of a time getting it in my car last night, and getting it out :P. I'll just scrub away all day I guess :P

I'll get a picture of it soon.

Goo gone, mineral spirits, or a stong degreaser, like Super Degreaser mixed 4:1 or stronger even
