Hello all...I've been a member for a while reading many good posts and getting great info. I recently had a 1969 pro touring camaro painted black with the white stripes. Obviously I would like to keep it clean, brilliant and scratch free. I am going to polish and wax it for the first time in the next week. I will be using M80 with a W8006 pad and a Porter Cable DA as their are very minor defects and finishing it off with NXT.
Just a couple of questions:
1. Do you work it on the car like car wax or do you work on the car like you would with M83 (with the up and back, side to side and diaganol passes)?
2. Is it necessary to "clean the pads on the fly" like you would with M83?
3. I know after applying it you don't have to let it dry but can you remove it like a wax with a bonnet on a W7006 or should you do it by hand and use a MF towel?
