Finish too good for non-streaking products?
I've been told by someone in the car care industry that non-streaking "wax-type" products (like spray-n-wipe waxes), streak on well-maintained, already-waxed surfaces because the surface won't "absorb" the product. Is there any truth to that, where spray wax may streak when used over NXT 2.0, for example? Thanks.

Well it's true the surface of your car's paint can only hold so much wax.
Streaks are simply excess residue on the surface, to make them go away all you have to do is wipe the excess residue off the surface.

Not letting a wax fully dry, or applying to thick of a coat, can cause streaks no matter how good the finish is.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR BlueComment
