I have a white car, and the paint has become a light yellowish color. I had a panel repaired and repainted to the original color and the guy buffed a part of my door to show me how it would look if i buffed out the whole car. Surprisingly the color matched up really well. So I was wondering what I would use to buff the whole car out. Would DA and some M80 do the trick? Thanks.

Re: How to remove oxidation on white paint.
Sounds like the white paint is dirty or stained. A lot of people don't understand that paint when exposed to the outdoors gets dirty over time, on darker colors you can's easily see this staining take place but on white and light colored cars sometimes you can.
To fix it all you need is to work the paint over with just about any kind of cleaning product, like,
ScratchX
Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner
#9 Swirl Remover 2.0
M80 Speed Glaze
A12 Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax
ColorX
All of the above will clean the paint and can be used by hand or machine.
Only the last two will leave protection behind so if you use one of the first 4 products remember that you'll need to apply a wax afterwards.
Also, here's an article on the topic of paint getting dirty
Hope this helps...
