    Re: Ok, stupid questions.....again

I only remove the wax by machine.

Do you mean better products by hand, or better once you get the G100?

With the G100 or by hand. Which ones are best for both and can you use a combination of hand used and G100 used? Not sure about removal with the G100, but applying will probably be done with it. I am going to practice on my Saturn before I even think about doing anything to the Monte Carlo.

Well ,even with the G100, you will still run into areas that cant be done by machine. Under spoilers, inside vents, etc.

The products that are good for the G100, like #80, #83, etc, can also be used by hand to work in those areas. You could also use any of the DC products, ScratchX, etc in those areas.

If I were doing a whole car by hand, I would probably use the basic Consumer line products like the DC system and ScratchX because they are designed to break down by hand.

I am definitely stapling this info to the garage wall, it's hard to keep the big picture in mind.

You realize if you click on the number 12 for Mike's post above, a 2nd window opens up with just that post and you can easly print just his informative post rather than all post of this thread. Great for stapling to the garage wall. Saves paper and time.
