    Hi Lynx131,

    Pure Polishes
I would recommend the #81 Hand Polish. Stellar results with ease of use.

You could also consider Deep Crystal Polish in the Consumer Line, I try to show this product at ever Saturday Clinic because it's easy to find, easy to use and works great.

    Cleaner/Polishes
If you want to remove defects, then you'll want to use a cleaner/polish such as #83 DACP, #82 SFP, or #9 SR 2.0

Here's a link for some more information, scroll about half way down the page and you'll find the pertinent information on polishes.

Thanks Mike, one last question if i have wax on my car, and say i used 81 the pure polish, would it do anything? Or should the car be wax free when polishing?

Best results will usually be created when you polish wax-free paint, but If your finish looks good right now, try applying a thin coat of polish and then removing. If you don't experience any difficulty, repeat over the entire car.

Hey Mike, while on the topic of polishes what is your opinion on the use of pure polishes like #7 or #81 under NXT. Will the oils in these polishes reduce the bonding of NXT? Would NXT just remove the oils and fillers that these products lay down?

My belief is that a LSP will only remove any excess polishing oils, and should not hinder the bonding process.
