Does anyone know how to get the best shine from your tyres? I saw a bmw and a 4x4 with flat tyres less ridges which for mo is very hard to make it shiny because i'v tried spray on armorall and leave it on, see the pic of endurence gloss in tricks of trade on how to apply tyre gel using brush still doesn't come close. Please post how shiny a tyre can be eg. using insane tyre shine and espcially endurance gloss, if its really shinier than armoral than i'll buy it

Re: Shiniest Tyres
Yes, prep goes along way when putting tire shine on.
ASD works out pretty good for me but it doesnt give a CRAZY shine like endurance or Hot tire shine would give.
Endurance(bad lighting):
Pretty sure this is endurance. It may also be ASD, it was taken along time ago(kinda bad lighting):

Re: Shiniest Tyres
The word on the 'WRANGLER' has a reflection thats good so what do you use to apply it foam pad or brush. The reason i post this thread is because i saw this tyre looks very glossy and if meguiars can make it happen i wonder what they us. They say the wash their car somewhere

Re: Shiniest Tyres
You posted a pic of the Yokohama tires but said the wrangler looks good, were you talking about the tires on the liberty?
I use little applicators that I get at Advance Auto Parts. They are $1 a piece and do a great job. I keep a few extras around as the foam breaks loose and comes out of the handle after awhile.

Re: Shiniest Tyres
May want to keep the res under 800x600 prelude86.
If the tire is new then the 'grey' you talk about could be mold release that they put on the tire. Give it a good cleaning with APC(or the like) and that will prep the tire for a tire shine.
If youre wanting a good shine that lasts, try Meguiars Endurance tire shine.Current Jeep: 2004 Jeep Liberty with stuff

Re: Shiniest Tyres
The shine that i was looking for, can the endurance give this gloss? I use the tyre applicator(Carrand contour tire wipe B$5 which help spread the product more evenly because its very thick. The say it's 100% armorall and sold it in gallons.
How thick? in a coke bottle open the cap and turn the bottle upside down takes 2-3 seconds for it to come out unless of course u squezze the bottle.
The problem is i need to use a lot of it to make it ths shiny. Which also made it sticky and dust sticks faster n lost it glossiness.

Re: Shiniest Tyres
Don't know where you live, but if you can find NXT tire cleaner, clean them tires really good. I use Hot Shine and my tires are really glossy. NXT Tire dressing from what I read is pretty glossy too.
I also use (sorry Meg's, it's my only non Meg's I use) Eagle One Tire/wheel cleaner, seems to strip the old tire gloss off in preparation for the new.
