The paint looks pretty good in those pictures,

If you want to take the finish to a higher level, you want to do some paint cleaning.

The words Clean and Cleaning as defined by Meguiar's terminology

Maybe claying too, you'll have to check by feeling the paint for little bumps.

To clean by hand, invest about $12.00 and get a bottle each of Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner and Deep Crystal Polish and rub the entire truck out with these two products and really work the paint cleaner well.

And remember, "Hot Topics" is your friend, this is from Hot Topics as is the above thread we included.

Which products need to dry before removing?

If you want to use a DA polisher then you can use M80 Speed Glaze instead of the above two products.

After cleaning and polishing the paint, NOW apply your choice of a wax or paint sealant.

Should look pretty good by then.

I like that! That almost looks like the color of my truck.

On something like that, I'd go with a coat of NXT followed by Gold Class. I just finished up doing that to my Roush. On a darker color, that is the way to go.

I think once you get finished doing the cab and other details you told me about, that will be one slick looking truck!

I am going to take the hubcaps off to do some work to them!

It will take me a wile to get the molding and the grill. Grill is 499$. molding is 750. Dashpad 399. So it might be the end of this year time I get it all done! State Farm don't help when I just got my bill GRRRRR
