Ill probably be getting a sample of Shampoo plus from ADS soon. I tried Hyper dressing and didnt like the lubricity and it didnt have enough suds for my liking.

I love both GC and NXT with NXT being my favorite.

Yeah, gallon of Shampoo Plus. On my second gallon of #62.

To be clear, Shampoo Plus is not bad at all, most would think it is great I'm sure.... Just seems like #62 is a step ahead when I use it.

I imagine with a foam gun it should foam like crazy. I know if I place even half of the recommended amount into a bucket and hit with a strong stream of water, I get so much foam that I barely get any water into the bucket before the foam overflows. I know I have a picture of that, as well as with Super Soap somewhere, I will see if I can find it.

Did you buy a full gallon of product? It just seems so weird that it is not working well for you.

Though if #62 is working well, I would stick to that. It is my favorite overall!

Well, here is the only way I can think to explain it (with mostly thoughts and feelings, not really hard facts):
Nxt seems to clean great for me.
Gold Class leaves a great finish, but seems to leave just a little grime behind on mein spots if the car is extra dirty, like winter esp.
Shampoo Plus seemed kind of in the middle, doing ok at both.
#62 seems to do both great.

Also, using a foam gun, maybe a little more foaming is a good thing?

I find that so very strange as I have gone through probably close to 15 gallons or more of Shampoo Plus over the past 2-3 years and just love the stuff. My preference is still #62 overall, but for great cleaning, excellent lubrication, Shampoo Plus has been my go to product for a long time.

I know some people equate foaming with a quality shampoo but that simply is not true. In fact, I mix the soap in my bucket after I fill it so that I get the maximum lubrication rather than it foaming up, and over flowing. Shampoo Plus rinses easily, does not leave soap streaks but does leave a glistening shine.

I wonder if your water is very soft or very hard? What did you not like about the Shampoo Plus??

When I was talking to Rick @ADs a while back. I asked him in the detailer line what would be the closest car wash soap to the gc. He said Shampoo plus. I bought a gallon of it. Have a little bit left of the gc left. Will be using the shampoo plus probably in a couple of weeks. It should be close if Rick says so. He has never steered me wrong yet.

The one Detailer wash that interests me is Shampoo Plus.

Meguiar's® Shampoo Plus lubricating formula and luxurious foam team up to gently clean and condition even the most delicate clear coat surface without scratching. Its biodegradable conditioning formula deepens gloss, boosts shine and leaves a highly reflective, slick surface, making it the perfect choice for the ultimate car wash.

Sounds like Gold Class a bit...

I agree, to find a wash that performs better then the gold class would be hard to do. Really like that product.

ADS probably sells a sample size of Hyper Wash if you are really interested.

It all depends on your situation.
For your use I would stick with the Gold Class, love it

For my taste I like it more than the NXT, but that's my opinion, maybe some people like NXT more.
